Why spend another day …
→ Running from meeting to meeting, juggling everyone else’s chaos, and secretly wondering when it’s all going to collapse on top of you?
→ Agreeing to one more project, favor, or coffee date—when what you really need is a day to yourself in sweatpants with zero interruptions.
